Thoracic outlet syndrome can mimic heart and chest pain. Thoracic outlet syndrome is a compression of the nerves in the lower cervical spine or neck. This compression of these nerves can causing achiness and a heaviness in the left arm. If you've been told that your were symptoms are not from your heart by your cardiologist or emergency room then then maybe appropriate to find a chiropractor to look at the lower neck and upper thoracic spine to see if you have compression of those nerves
